1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Serene Valley services, including this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Reservations & Payments
All reservations are subject to availability. A valid form of payment is required to confirm a booking. Rates are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48–72 hours will incur a one-night charge. No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests agree to respect the property, fellow residents, and staff at all times. Serene Valley reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if a guest engages in illegal activity, causes property damage, or behaves in a manner that disturbs others.
5. Liability
Serene Valley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photography, branding, and design — is the exclusive property of Serene Valley Residences and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
